We are a family business with humble, bush beginnings that has been operating in Warragul since 1976 when we started Marcus Timber Industries on Queen St with limited capital. Over time, through Jim and Marg's, ambition and "can do" attitude, the hard yakka of our family members and employees, and the patronage of local's, our business grew to include a truss and frame factory, a number of property development projects and a handful of storage unit facilities.

 

For the last 20 years, we have been providing storage units throughout the district with locations in Moe, Trafalgar, Warragul and Maryborough. We have been a continuous member of The Self Storage Association of Australiasia, the peak body for the self-storage industry throughout Australia and New Zealand. Our membership ensures that we stay up to date on best practices for storage and that our policies are fair for all customers.
